All vineyards are grown over with herbal and grass all the year. </p> <p><font size="+1">Wine varities:</font> <br> Predominantly traditional sorts (&gt;75%) - Riesling, Silvaner, Grau-, Spät-, Weissburgunder and Chardonnay, Blauer Portugieser and Müller Thurgau (Rivaner), Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. </p> <p><font size="+1">Wine development:</font> <br> Our wine supply is exclusively from our property, i.e. no grapes/clusters or wines are bought to mix with our supply. Careful grape/cluster handling, careful cellar restaurant and work of this typical quality are our highest criteria requirement. Our red wines will ferment exclusively on the grapes and will mature in oak casks (also in the barrique). We bottle our wines ourself. </p> <p><font size="+1">A character of the wines, qualityphilosophy:</font> <br> Eighty percent(80%) of our wines are developed dry and half dry.
