We manage here 29 acres (11,8  hectars) of vineyards (75% white wine, 25% red wine)
Our cultivation of wine and our cellar restaurant are absolutely quality-oriented and very strongly aligned to the classical grapes.

Wine ranks:
Flomborner Feuerberg, Flomborner Goldberg, Westhofener Steingrube, Westhofener Morstein, Eppelsheimer Felsen, Ober Floersheimer Bluecherpfad, Gundersheimer Höllenbrand.

Soil type:
Light to moderately high loess loam, partly extremely high limestone proportion. All vineyards are grown over with herbal and grass all the year.

Wine varities:
Predominantly traditional sorts (>75%) - Riesling, Silvaner, Grau-, Spät-, Weissburgunder and Chardonnay, Blauer Portugieser and Müller Thurgau (Rivaner), Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Wine development:
Our wine supply is exclusively from our property, i.e. no grapes/clusters or wines are bought to mix with our supply. Careful grape/cluster handling, careful cellar restaurant and work of this typical quality are our highest criteria requirement. Our red wines will ferment exclusively on the grapes and will mature in oak casks (also in the barrique). We bottle our wines ourself.

A character of the wines, qualityphilosophy:
Eighty percent(80%) of our wines are developed dry and half dry. With the noble-sweet wines very much importance is attached to a stable acid structure.
By direct yield delimitation (short first cut, restrained fertilization, breaking out grapes/clusters) wines are gained, which convince by their substance and their individuality.
Our full-bodied red wines are fortified with a lot of tannin and storable for many years.
